How to CASE and CASE
First off, CASE is a term us crafty folks use when we are given, find or inspired by other Stampin’ Up! creations. Copy And Share Everything is what CASE means.
So here are a series of cards that I made – to thank the last 12 customers with their recent online purchase. Because I may never get to see them face to face – I thought I’d send them all a nice card.
At my “up-line” (she’s the woman who introduced me to Stampin’ Up and the reason I became a demo) meeting – we made the first “Crumb Cake (craft colored card). This, my inspiration – I chose a slightly different color scheme and and changed several of the elements on the card. It’s pretty rare that i can make more than 2 or 3 cards exactly the same, so as I prepare the embelishments of each card – I change them slightly.
They all use the following Stampin’ Up! products:
Stamps:
- Nature Walk (Occasions Mini)
- Your A Gem (Occasions Mini)
Ink & Paper:
- Naturals Ivory Cardstock
- Marina Mist Cardstock
- Marina Mist Classic Ink
- Early Espresso Classic Ink
- Crumb Cake Classic Ink
- Old Olive Stampin’ Write Marker
- Cherry Cobbler Stampin’ Write Marker
Embellishments:
P.S. The crumb cake masking on the card looks like a mask but is actually a clear acrylic block used as a background stamp. I used the marker technique to stamp the twig/flower portion. I sponged the edges of the ivory cardstock with baja breeze. I used our red sticky tape to make a few of the wrinkles in the seam binding ribbon. I also used the “thread pull” technique in making the crinkled ribbon technique (pull horizontal thread after fraying the edges, using double sided red sticky tape to adhere. Those vanilla and vintage flower adornments are just so cute to any project.

Stampin’ Palooza Fall 2010 Edition
This afternoon I attended my upline’s Stampin’ Palooza, even gave a demonstration theater presentation on “A Year of Birthday Parties”. During the course of a school year we attend at least one birthday party per month, sometimes two birthday parties in a day. How did I keep up with all of the birthday parties and invites and thank you notes. I based my presentation on this. It was fun and I loved it! Here are the photos of the day. A fabulous time was had by all, as you will see in the photos!!
Enjoy
P.S. Robbyn W was the Artiste behind the beautiful clock

What do you think?

Cards for Sale
Most of them were sold but I still have a few left, here for your inspiration, inspired by other creative Stampin’ Up Demo’s (sorry if I forgot your name’s, I have oodles and oodles of samples saved locally). Enjoy and Happy CASE’ing!
It was so sad to see some of them go so I made sure I photographed them before they went to their new homes. I used a retired SU set called “Dreamcatcher” – a Native set. Today I sold at a table at Nathan Philips Square for First Nations Day celebrations.
